While the realme 13 Pro series just launched in the Philippines barely 4 months ago–with the Pro+ standing out for its periscope camera–realme is getting ready for the 14 Pro series in India.
While they have yet to reveal the launch date (we will not be surprised if that happens within this month), realme confirmed that the 14 Pro series will use a Snapdragon 7s Gen 3 processor, which is a much-awaited upgrade to the Snapdragon 7s Gen 2 that was used on the 12 Pro+ and 13 Pro+.
The teaser poster also confirms a periscope camera and what appears to be a dual rear camera setup, which might mean that the realme 14 Pro will get a periscope camera as well and make telephoto cameras more accessible in the mid-range segment.
Aside from the periscope camera, realme teases an updated version of its AI Ultra Clarity feature, which debuted on the 13 Pro series and help enhance images.
According to other reports, the realme 14 Pro will have an internal model number of RMX5056, and it will reportedly have a 50-megapixel main camera and a 16-megapixel selfie camera, along with three RAM/Storage options: 8GB/128GB, 8GB/256GB, and 12GB/512GB. Color options include Pearl White and Suede Grey.
To make things confusing, there might be a Pro Lite variant in the works as well, with its colorway options including Emerald Green, Monet Purple, and Monet Gold.
