Rumored to be as close to stock Android with value-added features
All Realme phones are currently using OPPO’s ColorOS, and that might change soon. Recently, CEO Madhav Sheth confirmed that RealmeOS is in the works.
Speculations about RealmeOS have been in the buzz since Realme announced Project X for select Realme 3 Pro users. The upcoming RealmeOS is presumed to run Android Q and is rumored to be influenced by OnePlus’ near-stock OxygenOS.
Sheth did not go into detail about RealmeOS, but there’s speculation that the first phone with RealmeOS will be unveiled early this year—and that phone might be Realme’s 64-megapixel, quad rear camera-sporting flagship.
