Xiaomi makes the Redmi Note 11 series official globally, including the Philippines, with the Redmi Note 11 and Redmi Note 11S. Both phones aim to dominate the saturated budget mid-range segment and follow up on the success of the Redmi Note 10 series.

The key differences between the Redmi Note 11S and Redmi Note 11 lie in the processor and cameras. The Redmi  Note 11S comes with a Helio G96 processor, a 108-megapixel main camera, and a 16-megapixel selfie snapper, while the Redmi Note 11 has a Snapdragon 680 processor, 50-megapixel main camera, and a 13-megapixel selfie snapper.
