As part of Samsung’s Unpacked event, the Korean tech giant announced its latest smartwatch with the Galaxy Watch 3. Available in 41mm and 45mm versions, the Galaxy Watch sports a 1.2 and 1.4-inch touchscreen AMOLED displays respectively, with navigation done through two physical buttons on the right side. Both versions bring back the rotating bezel for more physical navigation options. The display is protected by Gorilla Glass DX, with the watch’s stainless steel frame passing MIL-STD-810G standards.
Like previous versions, the Galaxy Watch 3 uses Samsung’s in-house Tizen OS and comes with built-in GPS, heart rate, blood pressure, and ECG sensors. Both versions come with an IP68 and 5ATM rating, along with 1GB RAM and 8GB internal storage.
The Galaxy Watch 3 is priced at $400(~Php 19.7k) for the 41mm, $430(~Php 21.1k) for the 45mm, and $449(~Php 22.1k) for the 41mm with LTE.
