There has been much talk about the 2018 Galaxy A5 and A7 and it just took a matter of time before Samsung unofficially confirms their existence.
In Samsung’s website, there is a support page dedicated to a phone model SM-A530. Now if we follow the model number, this leads to it being the Galaxy A5 (2018). Previous model numbers pertain to the following Galaxy A5s:
- SM-A500: Galaxy A5 (2015)
- SM-A510: Galaxy A5 (2016)
- SM-A520: Galaxy A5 (2017)
As for the specs, we know that the Galaxy A5 (2018) will have 4GB RAM and an Infinity Display, along with an Exynos 7885 processor and a water-resistant body like its predecessor.
