To come in three different iterations
It is inevitable: there will come a time when Samsung will introduce notch-sporting Galaxy phones, and that happened during their annual Developers Conference.
During the conference, Samsung presented three notch concepts, namely Infinity-U, Infinity-V, and Infinity-O. Infinity-U is the notch we see in most phones today, while Infinity-V is the less curvy version of the Infinity-U.
Infinity-O is the most radical of the three, and it involves a circular cutout at one corner of the display. The rumored Galaxy A8s is reported to used this notch type, and ASUS might go for the same approach with its upcoming ZenFone 6.
If you still do not like the notch, don’t lose hope: Samsung introduced a fourth display called the New Infinity, which is devoid of any notch. While they did not discuss in detail, the New Infinity display might have all of its sensors embedded underneath the display.
