Samsung to Launch Galaxy M52 5G in India on September 28

Samsung is expanding its Galaxy M-series in India, with the brand recently confirming the M52 5G to launch on September 28. Aside from confirming a 7.4mm thin design, Samsung also revealed that the Galaxy M52 5G will be powered by a Snapdragon 778G processor and will have a Super AMOLED+ display with a 120hz refresh rate.

Recent reports about the Galaxy M52 5G include the phone having a 6.7-inch Full HD+ display with a 120hz refresh rate, a side-mounted fingerprint scanner, and a 32-megapixel selfie snapper.

The triple rear camera setup will consist of a 64-megapixel main camera (no mention if it will have OIS like the Galaxy A52), a 12-megapixel ultra-wide-angle camera, and a 5-megapixel macro camera. RAM is at 6GB, while internal storage is 128GB. Keeping the lights on is a 5000mAh battery, and there is no mention yet about its USB-C charging speed, though we expect it to have at least 15w wired charging.

As for pricing, a Polish retailer revealed that the Galaxy M52 5G will be priced at PLN 1,749, or roughly Php 22.4k. Expect the price to be lower in Asia markets, though there is no confirmation if it will make it to the Philippines especially since it will compete directly against the Galaxy A52S 5G. The most recent Galaxy M-series phone that is available in the Philippines is the Galaxy M32.
