Like Samsung’s other flagship TVs, the F9000 series of TVs can be upgraded with their innovative Evolution Kit. The Evolution Kit, in a nutshell, contains all the hardware (sans the actual 4K panel) and the software that makes the F9000 TV great. F9000 owners can just swap out the Evolution Kit in their old TVs, put in newer Evolution Kits with better hardware and software and voilà ! Their F9000s are now upgraded to the latest version.
Another nice feature of the F9000 is its One Connect board, which minimizes cable clutter. It’s basically a separate board where all the necessary TV connections like HDMI, RF, Ethernet and all the others connect to. A separate cable from the One Connect board then connects to the F9000. It’s a clever solution for people who are OC when it comes to cable management, and preserves the elegant and classy design of the F9000 series of TVs.
The F9000 series of TVs are available in 55-inch and 65-inch variants.
