Samsung Updates Galaxy Watch Active with Touch-Enabled Bezel, Optional LTE

With minor (but important) improvements over the Galaxy Watch Active

While the Galaxy Watch Active may be relatively new, that did not stop Samsung from giving it a mid-year refresh with the Galaxy Watch Active2. One of the biggest changes with the Galaxy Watch Active2 is the addition of a digital, touch-enabled bezel that lets you have an easier time browsing through its UI–no need to depend solely on the Galaxy Watch Active2’s tiny circular display.

There’s now an option to get an LTE-enabled model, letting you send and receive calls and texts using the Galaxy Watch Active2. On the software side, the Galaxy Watch Active2 has real-time voice and text translation, the ability to watch video clips on the watch itself, the ability to listen to music via Spotify, and the ability to respond to Tweets.

The Galaxy Watch Active 2 is priced at $279.99(~Php 14.6k) for the 40mm Bluetooth model and $299.99(~Php 15.7k) for the 44mm model. No word yet on the pricing for the LTE-enabled versions.
