Great displays, but looks more of the same
Alongside the Galaxy Tab PRO 12.2 and the Galaxy Note PRO 12.2 , Samsung also launched the smaller versions of the new Tab PRO line. The 10.1 and 8-inch versions of the Tab PRO follow the same design mantra that Samsung’s used for their other tablets. Not that that’s a bad thing mind you – we’ve always found Samsung’s offerings to be decent tablets, both in the materials used to make them and their overall build quality. The Galaxy Tab PRO sports a 10.1-inch WQXGA (2560 x 1600) Super clear LCD, alongside a Snapdragon 800 2.3GHz Quad  processor bound for the LTE version, and an Exynos 5 Octa (1.9 GHz QuadCore ? 1.3 GHz Quadcore) processor for the 3G and WiFi version.

The Tab PRO 8 meanwhile, has an 8.4-inch WQXGA (1600×2560) Super clear LCD, and comes with a Snapdragon 800 2.3 GHz QuadCore processor and LTE baked in – sorry, no WiFi version of this will be available folks.

The display resolutions of both tablets mean that they both have really sharp displays, and the good news is that they will both run Android 4.4 Kit Kat when they launch later this quarter.Â
