Smart has given us a heads up that the pre-order page for Samsung’s latest flagship, the Galaxy Note 4, is finally open. While there’s no details on just what plans the Note 4 will arrive in, Smart is advising interested parties to express their interest so they have the chance to own Samsung’s latest and greatest phablet.

It seems that the Galaxy Note 4 that Smart is getting is the Exynos-powered one, which was promised by Samsung when they originally launched it a few weeks ago. Thankfully, prospective Smart Galaxy Note 4 users will also be getting the 32GB version of Samsung’s newest phablet.
