Nexus 5 Exclusive with Smart
It’s here folks! Smart and LG have officially taken the wraps off of the long awaited LG Nexus 5 in the Philippines. Google early adopters who want to taste sweet, sweet Android 4.4 KitKat can grab the LG Nexus 5 exclusively from Smart free via their unlisurf plan 1500 with 120 free texts and 60 minutes of calls through their LTE network with a lock in period of 30 months.The LG Nexus 5 can also be had through Smart’s All-in-plan 1800 for free, with a similar 30 month lock-in period. For prepaid folks, Smart will be selling the LG Nexus 5 for 22500. According to Smart, only the black, 16GB version will be available initially, though that may change depending on LG.

We picked up an LG Nexus 5 earlier, so check out what we thought of it. If you’re not a fan of back reading, the Nexus 5 uses a 5-inch full HD IPS display and a Qualcomm Snapdragon 800 quadcore processor. An 8 megapixel camera with OIS graces the back of the LG Nexus 5. LG expects that the 2300 mAh battery is enough for about 8 hours of useful battery life.
