Sony’s new vlogging star is coming to the Philippines!

Following its announcement two weeks ago, Sony Philippines is opening pre-orders for the vlogger-focused ZV-1. For those interested, the ZV-1 is available for pre-order starting today until July 5. Priced at Php 42,999, those who will pre-order will get a 64GB SD card and a VCT-SGR-1 shooting grip with their purchase.

Based off the RX-100, the ZV-1 comes with a 1-inch, 20-megapixel EXMOR RS sensor paired with a 24-70mm f/1.8-2.8 equivalent image-stabilized zoom lens, BIONZ X image processor, and built-in ND filter. It is capable of shooting 4K video at 30/24FPS, Full HD video at 120FPS, and supports SGamut3.Cine, SLog3, SGamut3, HLG, and HDR color profiles.

Key features of the ZV-1 include a one-button Background Defocus, support for vertical video shooting, dedicated hot shoe, and a 3-capsule microphone with a wind guard attachment.
