A milestone for the storied gaming console brand
Sony Interactive Entertainment Hong Kong Limited Singapore Branch (SIES) has announced that the PlayStation 4 line has reached several sales milestones since its launch in 2013. To date, Sony has sold a total of 70.6 Million PlayStation 4 units worldwide, along with 617.8 million copies of PS4 games (both physical and digital downloads).
In addition, Sony was able to release 150 PS VR titles, which sold more than 12.2 million copies (both physical and digital downloads) worldwide.
Upcoming games to the PlayStation 4 for 2018 include Dissidia Final Fantasy NT, Monster Hunter: World, Ryu ga Gotoku Kiwami 2, God of War, and Shadow of the Colossus. Anticipated VR games in development for 2018 include Homestar VR, The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim VR, and Bravo Team.
