Comes in both single and dual SIM versions
Remember Sony’s budget Xperia E1 that was officially announced during CES? Well, it’s now here in the land of Adobo, toting price tags that people may find irresistible (if you’re a Sony fan, that is). Sony’s budget smartphones have been priced by the company at Php 6,990 for the single SIM version, and Php 7,890 dual SIM version.
Sony Xperia E1 Specs
- 1.2 GHz dual core Qualcomm MSM8210 Snapdragon 200 processor
- 512MB RAM
- 4GB storage
- 4-inch WVGA display 480 x 800 pixels
- 3-megapixel camera
- GSM, 3G, HSPA
- 1750 mAh battery
While those prices are a bit on the high side (especially since the E1 is supposed to be a budget device) there’s a few things you need to consider: a) it’s a Sony smartphone, after all, and b) the E1’s speaker is capable of belting out 100Db of sound, which is roughly equal to a chain saw, pneumatic drill, jackhammer and some car horns at around five meters. Some of that may not matter to you, but for the brand loyal, the Xperia E1 may scratch the budget itch. The Xperia E1 is now available at Sony Centers, Xperia shops, and VAIO shops.
