Sony’s Xperia XA2 Plus has an Almost All-Screen Display

It is sleeker than its XA2 Siblings

After shifting to a new design philosophy with the Xperia XZ2 and XZ2 Compact, Sony applies some modern touches to its mid-range line with the XA2 Plus. Slated to sit between the Xperia XA2 Ultra and XA2, the XA2 Plus is the first Xperia mid-range phone to sport an 18:9 display—a 6-inch Full HD+ display with Gorilla Glass 5 Protection.

It is similar to its XA2 siblings as it sports a Snapdragon 630 processor and a 23-megapixel f/2.0 Exmor RS rear camera, while inherits the XA2 Ultra’s 3580mAh battery with support for Quick Charge 3.0. What makes the XA2 Plus different is its wide-angle, 8-megapixel F/2.4 Exmor R front camera. RAM and storage configurations come at 4GB/6GB and 32GB/64GB.

No word yet on its pricing and availability as of this writing.
