If you want to get the next-generation ROG Phone 7 in the Philippines, you will have to save a lot of money: according to a post that we stumbled upon at the ASUS ROG Phone Community, the vanilla ROG Phone 7 will allegedly retail for under Php 40k for the 8GB/256GB variant, while the Ultimate Version–which adds a rear display, an AeroActive Portal, and an included AeroActive Cooler 7, will allegedly have an official price of Php 72,000 for the 16GB/512GB variant.
We tried to talk to the one who posted the listing, and while she did not like to disclose which specific store at SM MOA both phones are being sold, she mentioned that the deals are being offered under BillEase.
ASUS has yet to reveal the official launch date of the ROG Phone 7 in the Philippines, so the alleged price that we spotted is subject to change.
Save for the addition of an AeroActive portal on the Ultimate version, the ROG Phone 7 series is an iterative upgrade over last year’s ROG Phone 6 series, where you get a Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 processor, LPDDR5 RAM, UFS 4.0 storage, improved thermals, and tweaks made to its 165hz AMOLED display and 50-megapixel IMX766 main camera.
