After briefly teasing it last week, TECNO has officially launched the POVA Neo 3.
The new phone’s biggest feature here is the battery, as the TECNO POVA Neo 3 has a massive 7000mAh battery inside of it. That’s more than the 5000mAh that’s currently the defacto industry standard. Take note though that you’ll be filling that battery up with a very slow 18W fast charger.
That battery size is partnered with a 6.82-inch IPS display with HD resolution that has a 90Hz refresh rate. Internally the phone uses the same MediaTek Helio G85 octa-core processor with a Mali-G52 GPU that we’ve seen in countless other budget smartphones so far this year.
There’s 8GB of RAM and 128GB of storage, and for cameras, the phone has a 16-megapixel camera and likely a 2-megapixel depth camera. There’s an 8-megapixel selfie camera on the front as well. You’re also looking at other features like 4G VoLTE, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, GPS, a USB-C port, and a 3.5mm audio jack.
No price has been set yet for this particular phone, but considering its specs you can expect it to be at the more affordable end of the spectrum as far as devices go.
