TECNO Phantom V Flip Coming Soon

After TECNO dipped its toes into the foldable market with the Phantom V Fold, they are going to follow it through with a smaller foldable called the Phantom V Flip (or Yoga). There are photos of the said device that surfaced on the internet.

While the foldable inner display looks like every flip phone on the market, the outer display looks unique with a large circular camera module that has a ring-shaped LED flash and what appears to be two cameras.

Details about the Phantom V Flip were also spotted in FCC certifications, where it’s confirmed that it will be a 5G-ready device and will have a dual battery setup that consists of 1165 mAh and 2735 mAh cells–combining for a total of 3900mAh or 4000mAh. The certification also mentions 45w wired charging for TECNO’s upcoming flip phone as well.

As for the cameras, it will reportedly have a 32-megapixel selfie camera, while one of the two cameras will use a 64-megapixel sensor–we’re not sure if TECNO will use its RGBW sensor for the Phantom V Flip. As for the foldable display, it will be a 6.75-inch OLED panel with a Full HD+ resolution and a rumored 144hz refresh rate.

According to another post that revealed some of its key specs, the Phantom V Flip (or Yoga) will use a Dimensity 8050 processor that’s paired with 8GB RAM and 256GB internal storage–a configuration that’s also used on the Camon 20 Pro 5G.
