After it was unveiled globally last December, TECNO is bringing over its flagship Phantom X2 series to the Philippines, with the vanilla model having an under Php 33k price tag. Both phones are powered by a Dimensity 9000 processor that’s paired with 12GB LPDDR5X RAM and 256GB UFS 3.1 storage.

The main highlight is the Phantom X2 Pro, which features a retractable telephoto camera. Inside the retracting mechanism is an ISOCELL JN1 sensor, and the whole mechanism offers a 2.5x optical zoom. Thanks to its design, TECNO managed to add a telephoto camera to the Phantom X2 Pro without making its camera module too thick. Accompanying the unique camera mechanism is an ISOCELL GNV main camera and a 13-megapixel ultra-wide with autofocus.

The Phantom X2 Pro also features a 6.8-inch 120hz curved AMOLED display and a large 5160mAh battery with 45w charging.

The vanilla version, on the other hand, has a 64-megapixel RGBW main camera and a 2-megapixel depth sensor, and has almost all of the flagship features of its Pro sibling.

The Phantom X2 is priced at Php 32,999, while the Phantom X2 Pro is priced a Php 42,999. Both phones are available for pre-order until March 9 and will be available for purchase from March 3 in Shopee; from March 8 in Lazada and Zalora; and from March 10 at select TECNO Mobile offline stores.

To pre-order, buyers will need to pay a downpayment of Php 2,000. Those who will pre-order will get a TECNO Backpack, SM Mall Shopping Voucher, and SVIP CarlCare Service Card.
