The TECNO has officially revealed the price of the POVA 5 Free Fire Edition in the Philippines through its official Shopee store. The TECNO POVA 5 Free Fire Edition was co-designed with the developers of the battle-royal game Free Fire and similarly comes in a retail box that’s filled with the game’s livery.
As far as specs go the phone is powered by a MediaTek Helio G99 chip and will be available in 128GB or 256GB storage. RAM is pegged at 8GB for both versions.
The phone has a smaller IPS display VS last year’s model (6.82-inch last year VS 6.78-inch now) though the tradeoff is a faster 120Hz refresh rate. The new iteration also has faster-charging rates thanks to its 45W fast charging capabilities. That will come in handy because the phone has a massive 6000mAh battery inside of it. You also get a unique mecha-inspired design for the POVA 5’s back panel to go along with its budget gamer aesthetic.
Like its predecessor, you get a 50-megapixel main camera, along with a side-mounted fingerprint scanner, headphone jack, and stereo speakers.
TECNO POVA 5 Free Fire Edition Price Philippines
The TECNO POVA 5 Free Fire Edition has a price of Php 7,999 for the base 8GB/128GB model, while the 256GB model is slightly more at Php 8,499. It will be available at TECNO’s official Lazada, Shopee, and TikTok stores.
As a special promo, you can get the 8GB/128GB variant for Php 6,999 in Lazada on August 3, while Shopee offers an even more aggressive deal at Php 6,899 for the 8GB/256GB variant from August 3 to 5.
