While we were checking the Lazada page of TECNO, they have a new listing revealing that they have a new phone that’s arriving soon in the Philippines. Some of the details listed include 8GB RAM, 256GB storage, a Helio G81 processor, and a 5000mAh battery. Investigating further, it turns out that the TECNO Spark 30C is arriving soon as its next budget offering–after the Spark Go 1.
While there are different configurations for the Spark 30C, TECNO is only bringing over the 8GB/256GB variant for the meantime, along with two of 3 color options. There’s no indication when it will officially launch in the Philippines, but the listing is a good indicator that it should go official in a few days.
What’s special about the Spark 30C? Aside from the specs mentioned, it also has a 6.67-inch IPS display with a punch-hole for an 8-megapixel selfie camera and a 120hz refresh rate. However, its resolution is just HD+, which is a fair compromise since this is a budget phone. The circular module at the back houses a 50-megapixel main shooter, while its battery supports 18w USB-C charging.
Other noteworthy specs include stereo speakers, a side-mounted fingerprint scanner, IP54 rating, and Android 14 out of the box. While TECNO has yet to reveal global pricing, The Spark 20C is currently priced at under Php 5.4k, so we expect the Spark 30C to be priced at under Php 6k.
