Acer simplifies its Swift lineup at CES 2023 with the vanilla model, a slim Go model, and a powerhouse X model.

Acer is the latest brand to offer OLED displays on its laptop with its all-new Swift Go series. Consisting of a 14-inch and 16-inch variant, the Swift Go comes with 16:10 OLED displays–a 3.2k 120hz one for the 16-inch model and a 2.8k 90hz one for the 14-inch model–that boast 500-nit peak brightness, a full 100% DCI-P3 coverage, and DisplayHDR certification.

As the brand’s premium offerings, the Swift Go comes with a sleek trackpad that blends through the palm rest area. Both variants are skinny at just 14.9mm thin, with the 14-inch model weighing less than 3 pounds (the 16-inch model is around 3.5 pounds).

Joining the Swift Go is the more powerful X 14, which can be opted with an RTX 4050 GPU and come pre-installed with NVIDIA Studio Drivers so that you creators can make the most out of NVIDIA’s next-gen RTX 40-series GPUs with their work. Its 14-inch OLED display has a 2.8k resolution and a 120hz refresh rate.

Completing the 2023 Swift lineup is a vanilla 14-inch model that makes use of an aerospace-grade aluminum unibody chassis and the same seamless trackpad design found on the Go models. Its 14-inch display can be selected with either WQXGA or WUXGA resolutions and are protected by Gorilla Glass. It has one of the better webcams on a laptop with a hi-res 1440p one.

Acer has yet to reveal the pricing and availability of the new Swift lineup in the Philippines, but the Go series starts at $850(~Php 47.5k) for the 14-inch model and $800(~Php 44.7k) for the 16-inch model. The X version, meanwhile, starts at $1100(~Php 61.4k), while the vanilla model starts at $1400(~Php 61.4k).
