Meet the Spin!
Android smartphones have officially dipped low enough that almost anybody can grab one. Case in point: the Cherry Mobile Spin. The Spin is a full fledged Android KitKat smartphone (that’s looks quite a bit as HTC’s One M8) that bears a paltry Php 1,699 price tag.

Of course, the specs are bottom of the barrel, and the memory should probably only be around 256MB paired with 512MB of storage. But then again, you’re not looking at flagship level specs for the price that you’re paying. The Spin is good enough for folks who want to try out Android, secondary phone or as a phone for the kids.
