The Legion 5 Series Comes in Both Intel and AMD Flavors

A first for the Legion brand

For 2020, Lenovo expands its mid-range Legion gaming notebooks with the Legion 5, Legion 5i, and Legion 5Pi. The Legion 5 can be configured with Ryzen 4000-H series processors, while the Legion 5i comes with 10th-generation Intel Core-H series processors. Both models can be configured with up to GeForce RTX 2060 GPUs (up to GTX 1650Ti for the Legion 5), up to 16GB DDR4 RAM, and up to 2x 1TB SSD.

For the display size, the Legion 5 comes in a 15-inch model with options for a 144hz panel. The Legion 5i, on the other hand, comes in 15-inch and 17-inch models. The 15-inch model can be configured with a 240hz panel with DisplayHDR400 and Dolby Vision, while the 17-inch model can be configured with a 144hz panel.

The top-tier Legion 5Pi is geared towards eSports with up to 10th Gen Intel Core i7 H-Series mobile processor, optional NVIDIA GeForce RTX 2060 GPU, up to 32GB DDR4 RAM, 15-inch Full HD 240Hz IPS display with 100% sRGB, and a bigger 80wHr battery. The Legion 5Pi also has a different lid design with a white-lit “Y” logo.

The Legion 5 and 15-inch Legion 5i starts at Php 56,995 and Php 62,995 respectively, while the Legion 5Pi starts at Php 74,995. All three models will be available starting June.
