The Microsoft Surface Go is an Affordable 2-In-1 Windows Device

Set to rival Apple’s iPad and Google’s Chromebooks

Microsoft is serious with its tablets: This time, they released an affordable version to their Surface tablet with the Surface Go. It comes with a 10-inch display with a 3:2 aspect ratio, along with a premium design consisting of a magnesium build and a built-in kickstand.

Powering the Surface Go is an Intel Pentium Gold 4415Y Processor, 4GB/8GB RAM, 64GB/128GB internal storage, and a battery that can power the Surface Go for up to nine hours. It runs Windows 10 S by default, though users can upgrade it to a full version of Windows 10 later on.

Ports on the Surface Go include Microsoft’s proprietary Surface Connect port, a USB-C 3.1 port, a microSD card slot, and a headphone jack. Accessories include a Surface Pen, Surface Go Type Covers, and a Surface Mouse.

As for the price, the Surface Go is priced at $399(~Php 21.4k) for the 4GB/64GB version, and $549(~Php 29.4k) for the 8GB/128GB version. With its pricing, the Surface Go is set to rival Apple’s iPad and other Chromebooks, offering a 2-in-1 Windows 10 device at an affordable price.
