Definitely an interesting mix
While OPPO made a statement with the Find X, the Chinese brand is beefing up its affordable mid-range segment with an upcoming model called the A5.
What makes this phone interesting is that it shares similar design cues from the R15 while sporting the F7 Youth / Realme1’s fingerprint scanner-less back. It comes in two colors: blue and light pink, with both sporting the diamond-like aesthetic of the F7/F7 Youth’s diamond black variant.
As for the specs, the A5 comes with a 19:9 6.2-inch HD+ display, a yet-unknown 1.8Ghz Octa-Core processor, 4GB RAM, 64GB internal storage, 12-megapixel + 5-megapixel rear cameras, 8-megapixel front camera, and a generous 4230mAh battery.
