The Ricoh GR III is A Fixed Lens Compact Camera with IBIS

The ultimate photojournalist tool?

Ricoh’s GR series of cameras is well-loved by photographers, especially photojournalists. Its compact body, large sensor, and capable 28mm 2.8 lens make it an ideal setup for those who love run-and-gun shooting.

For the GR III, Ricoh made several key upgrades starting off with an all-new 24-megapixel sensor with an on-sensor phase-detect autofocus system and 3-axis in-body image stabilization for better low-light performance and blur-free shots. This also gives the GR III an improved ISO range of 100-102,400 as well.

While there is no 4K video on the GR III, you can take advantage of the IBIS in shooting Full HD video at 60FPS.Other features include a 3-inch touchscreen display, WiFi and Bluetooth, and close focusing of up to 2.4 inches.

The GR III will be available in March for $899(~Php 46.8k).
