Among the big upgrades on the X70 Pro+ include a Snapdragon 888+ processor with up to 512GB internal storage (up from 256GB), a brighter 12-megapixel f/1.8 telephoto camera with 2x optical zoom and OIS, vivo V1 ISP, and a bigger 4500mAh battery with 50w wireless charging on top of 55w wired charging. Going to the rear cameras, all four cameras come with OIS, with the ultra-wide-angle camera using a more sophisticated Gimbal Stabilization solution.
The X70 Pro+ is also the first vivo phone to have an IP68 rating, and the display is bigger and better with the use of a 6.78-inch Quad HD+ Samsung E5 Curved AMOLED display. The panel is an LTPO variety, which can gradually adjust refresh rate from 1hz to 120hz depending on the app being used, while the use of an E5 material translates to as much as 25% better power consumption compared to E4 AMOLED panels.
vivo X70 Pro+ will be available in China later this month and will be priced at CNY 5500(~Php 42.6k) for the 8/256GB variant, CNY 6000(~Php 46.4k) for the 12/256GB variant, and CNY 7000(~Php 54.2k) for the 12/512GB variant.
