Here’s a great way to keep track of kids

Parents who’ve temporarily lost track of their young ones in malls and other crowded areas know just how nerve-racking the experience is. Thankfully, you may never have to experience that particular problem with LG’s KizON, a wearable designed for pre-school and primary school children.

The KizON uses GPS and Wi-Fi to give parents real-time location information to parents via their smartphones or tablets, so you’ll always know where your kids are. Parents can also call the KizON directly, and if your child doesn’t answer within then seconds, the KizON automatically connects and lets you listen through the built-in microphone. The KizON can also give reminders to your child via location alerts at specific times per day.

LG says that the battery life for the KizON is rated for 36 hours, with the device sending an alert to their smartphones if the battery level falls below 25%. The device will come in three colors – blue, pink and green – though no price has been set as of yet. The device will debut first in Korea before making its way to the rest of the world.
