vivo debuts its latest V-series phone in Malaysia with the V21 5G, V21 4G and V21e. Both phones get a 44-megapixel selfie snapper with Autofocus–with the V21 5G gaining OIS for those blur-free selfies.

While both phones look identical, the main difference between the two is that the V21 has a Dimensity 800U processor and comes in 4G-only and 5G variants, while the V21e is a 4G-only phone with a Snapdragon 720G processor. The V21e also loses OIS on the selfie snapper–replacing it instead with EIS. The V21e’s display has 430nits of peak brightness and support for HDR10–the V21 gets a brighter 500nits display with support for HDR10+. Both phones nonetheless get a 6.44-inch AMOLED panel with 90hz refresh rate.
For the rear cameras, both phones come with a triple camera setup: a 64-megapixel main camera with OIS, 8-megapixel ultra-wide-angle camera, and 2-megapixel macro camera. Powering both phones is a 4000mAh battery with vivo’s 33w fast charging solution.
vivo V21 5G, V21 4G, V21e Price
The V21 4G is priced at MYR 1600(~Php 19k), while the V21e is priced at MYR 1200(~Php 14.2k). Both phones will be available in Malaysia on May 5. There’s no pricing yet for the V21 5G.
