After being teased for the past few weeks, vivo announced that the V27 5G will be available in vivo’s online and offline stores nationwide starting April 11.
As the latest model under the V-series, the main highlight of the V27 5G is its Aura Portrait Algorithm system that’s led by a flagship-grade IMX766V sensor on the main camera and an Aura Light LED flash. Both of them, along with vivo’s portrait algorithm, helps you take studio-like portraits with the flattering soft light coming from the LED flash. The V27 5G is also great for videos as well, as it combines both OIS and EIS for stable footage even at night.
Of course, the V27 5G is not a bonafide V-series phone if it does not take great selfies. In this case, you have a class-leading 50-megapixel sensor that has Eye AF to ensure that your face is always in focus.
The V27 5G is also sleek and stylish, having a 7.36mm thin body and a curved 120hz AMOLED display. The back panel has vivo’s latest Photochomic tech allows it to change color from a jade-like light green to a vibrant emerald green color.
It’s also a competitive mid-range phone, as the V27 5G comes with a Dimensity 7200 processor that’s paired with 256GB storage and 12GB RAM–with the latter being expandable by up to 8GB. Even with a slim body, the V27 5G has a 4600mAh battery that supports 66w charging–the latter allowing you to top up from flat to 50% in under 20 minutes.
