The best smartphone camera for 2020?
While we are currently on community quarantine as of this writing, we got to review the Huawei P40 Pro. Aside from a Kirin 990 5G processor, the P40 Pro is a flagship phone through and through with a “quad curve overflow” OLED display with a 90Hz refresh rate, a 4200mAh battery with 40w wired charging, and Leica-branded quad rear cameras.
Bagging the top dog at DxOMark, the P40 Pro’s camera system consists of a 50-megapixel UltraVision main camera, 40-megapixel ultra-wide-angle Cine camera, 12-megapixel periscope telephoto camera, and a ToF sensor. Here’s a recap of its specs:
