3 Reasons to Pre-Order the Canon M50 Mark II

3 Reasons to Pre-Order the Canon M50 Mark II

After it was announced last October, Canon is bringing the EOS M50 Mark II to the Philippines soon. As an upgrade over the original EOS M50, the Mark II is targeted towards content creators that want to step up their vlogs beyond using smartphones.

Aside from the tried-and-tested features of the OG M50 like 4K video recording, built-in EVF, and a fully articulating display, here’s why you should consider the EOS M50 Mark II:

It has better autofocus. Aside from the tried-and-tested Dual Pixel Autofocus, the EOS M50 Mark II now has eye-tracking for both stills and video. The AF upgrade is very useful especially with the latter, as it ensures that your face is on focus at all times when doing your talking heads.

It’s Even Better for Content Creation. Do you love doing livestreams for your special content like on-the-spot tutorials? The EOS M50 Mark II has native YouTube livestreaming support via the Canon Camera app so that you can use it to livestream without any of the hassle.

If you love creating content on Instagram and TikTok, the EOS M50 Mark II allows you to natively shoot vertical videos so that you can easily edit and prepare them for sharing on both popular social media platforms.

The pre-order inclusions are awesome. If you plan to upgrade your vlogging game with the EOS M50 Mark II, Canon is offering two pre-order promo options. The basic package comes with a 3-year warranty via Canon Red App and a PV-123 Photo printer, while adding Php 4k will get you the HG-100TBR camera tripod to make the M50 Mark II all set for your vlogging journey. Do note that the pre-order promos are valid until February 26.

The EOS M50 Mark II is priced at Php 36,998 for the body only and Php 49,998 with the 15-45mm kit lens. With the HG-100TBR camera tripod, it is priced at Php 40,996 and Php 53,996 respectively.
