Peep the pop-up camera
Xiaomi is set to launch a brand new smartphone on October and from the looks of it, it’ll be the next installment of their flagship bezel-less offering, the Mi Mix 3. Xiaomi’s Director of Product Marketing and global spokesperson, Donovan Sung doesn’t mention the phone’s moniker in his post in Twitter, but one look at the bezel-less phone is enough to clue you in.
Sung also did not detail any kind of hardware in his teaser post, but it’s not hard to guess that this phone will receive Qualcomm’s top-tier processor, the Snapdragon 845, and at least 6GB of RAM. The most interesting part of the phone? The pop-up cameras on the top, which is increasingly becoming the solution of choice for brands that don’t want their all-screen display getting ruined by things like cameras and sensors.
