As phones get bigger batteries, brands find ways to improve charging speeds. To date, OPPO’s SuperVOOC is the fastest charging method out there, boasting of a 50W charging speeds at 10V/5A. OPPO’s tech can juice up the R17 Pro from zero to 100 in 35 minutes.
Xiaomi aims to challenge OPPO’s SuperVOOC with its new 100W charging tech. Called Super Charge Turbo, Xiaomi’s tech can juice up a 4000mAh battery in 17 minutes.
That is quite a feat, considering Huawei’s upcoming 55W SuperCharge tech for the Mate X juices up the foldable phone’s 4500mAh battery in 35 minutes.
