As we count the days before WC 2025 kicks off, brands start to preview the products they will be showcasing at the annual trade show. For Infinix, that will be the ZERO Mini Tri-Fold phone, which is a first of its kind. The approach is a more compact version of the Mate XT, with Infinix promoting it as a device that can switch between a smartphone, fitness tool, and a compact camera.
Like the Mate XT, the ZERO Mini Tri-Fold utilizes two hinges, though Infinix’s approach has the phone folding vertically. At its most compact state, the ZERO Mini Tri-Fold can be used as a tool for tracking workouts, for clipping into a backpack for action shots, or as an ultra-compact phone. It can be used hands-free with its included strap accessory that allows you to place it into gym gear, bike handlebars, car dashboards, or more.
Having an outward-folding design, it can be used for a dual-screen setup for multilingual chats and for having better framing at taking selfies. Overall, it is an interesting approach toward foldables, and Infinix will reveal more details about this concept phone at MWC 2025. Aside from the concept phone, Infinix is expected to debut the NOTE 50 series at MWC 2025 as well.
