After co-founding Tier One Entertainment back in 2017 with Tryke Gutierrez and Brian Lim, Alodia Gosiengfiao announced on her Facebook and other social media channels that she would be leaving the company.

The journey we shared in building the company has been both challenging and rewarding. However, it has become evident that our visions and values are not aligned,” Alodia said in her post. “I am grateful for the experiences, relationships, and accomplishments we’ve achieved together.”

Despite the move, Tier One is thankful for all the contributions Alodia made to the company as its co-founder. “We are truly grateful for the time and dedication you have given us over the years. In the Philippines and around the world, you are one of one,” Tier One said in their Facebook post. “You are an unwavering beacon of excellence, and continue to be an inspiration to cosplayers, content creators, and our industry as a whole.”

Tier One Entertainment is known for its eSports division Blacklist International, Team Payaman, and Sharlene San Pedro. It also has BLCKBOX, which is its apparel line.

Aside from that, Tier One is one of the companies that pushed for an eSports program in College back in 2020.
