Converge is taking April 1 seriously, as it announced that it will extend its free Speed Boost offering to all of its subscribers until June 30, 2024. This is contrary to the usual April Fool’s announcements, as Converge wants to keep its subscribers happy with good news.

This free speed boost upgrade means that Converge FiberX and Gamechanger plans can enjoy boosted speeds of up to 200Mbps–all while keeping the same monthly fees. The free speed boost is also available to all subscribers nationwide and without any additional eligibility criteria, cost, or sign-up. New subscribers are automatically signed up for the boosted speeds, depending on their chosen plan.
“It might be surprising to make this announcement on this day, but customer satisfaction is paramount to how we operate,” Converge Chief Commercial Officer Benjamin Azada said. “We received very positive feedback after we initially revealed the speed boost, so we decided to extend it. While everyone might be having fun today, we want our subscribers to know that we are serious about empowering their homes and businesses and giving them an amazing customer experience!”

Aside from the free speed boost, Converge is also offering its Vision Xperience Box, which is an all-in-one entertainment box that boasts multi-genre and multi-language content. New and existing Metro Manila subscribers can avail of the Vision Xperience Box for free along with its free installation until August 31, 2024.
