Converge Supercharges its Plans with Super FiberX

Converge updates its postpaid fiber internet offerings with Super FiberX. Under its updated plan offerings, Super FiberX has three options, and they include:

  • Super FiberX Play: Php 1,349 monthly with up to 200Mbps speeds
  • Super FiberX Max: Php 1,599 monthly with up to 400Mbps speeds
  • Super FiberX Ultra: Php 2,599 monthly with up to 800Mbps speeds

Comparing them to Converge’s older FiberX plans, you get a 50Mbps boost across all three plans. Beyond the updated speeds, you also get access to SkyTV with 54 channels, access to Blast TV, a WiFi 6 router, and a Converge Xperience Hub, which is a Google-certified Android TV box.

“It allows users to download popular apps like YouTube, Spotify, and Netflix, access games, and even utilize Google’s integrated assistant. Paired with a Blast TV subscription, it transforms regular TVs into Smart TVs, delivering an extensive entertainment lineup, from blockbuster movies and hit series to news and live sports,” Converge EVP and Chief Commercial Officer Benjamin Azada said.

The Xperience Hub is essentially a set-top, Google-certified Android box that gives you access to live TV as well as content from Sky TV. It’s essentially the same set-top box that Converge offered in their Vision plan, which is phenomenal value all things considered.

Current Converge customers can upgrade to Super FiberX, and all plans come with a 24-month lock-in period. The included SkyTV access can be upgraded to SkyTV Premium for an additional Php 99 a month, and comes with 74 SD and 17 HD channels.
