It’s finally official: Esports and Gaming Summit (ESGS) is coming back this 2022 as a jam-packed 3-day event that’s full of activities. In line with its much-awaited comeback, ESGS is partnering with Globe and Riot Games for the momentous occasion.
Globe will be the main presenter of ESGS 2022, where the telco giant is dedicated in elevating the gaming and esports scene with new platforms, products, and activities for various gaming communities. Globe Gamer Grounds will be co-presenting Astra Arena, ESGS’ own eSports stage.
In line with our Game Well Played campaign, we have activities in our booth and throughout the entire ESGS event area that promotes multiple products, experiences, and most of all, opportunities to do good,” Globe Get Entertained Tribe Head Rina Azcuna-Siongco said.
Another first for ESGS for 2022 is having Riot Games, the company behind League of Legends, Valorant, and Wild Rift, as its Platinum Exhibitor. Riot Games will be hosting the ESGS 2022 Riot Games Cosplay Competition, where cosplayers are challenged to come as characters from the VALORANT and Runeterra worlds. Participants have a chance to show off their talents and take home winnings from a Php 50,000 prize pool plus additional gaming chairs.
