Change the Way You Clean with the Dyson Cyclone V10

When it comes to tech, the talk of the town is usually mobile devices.  However, a non-phone gadget was recently launched in our region and I must say, this one got me really excited.

Meet the Dyson Cyclone V10.  Yes, I’m talking about a vacuum cleaner.  Call me a “tita” but the moment I tried it, I immediately knew that I needed it in my life.  It was launched to the Southeast Asian market in Laguna last September 4, although it has been available in other key markets such as the US for a while now.

I must mention that the engine of this amazing device is being manufactured right here in the Philippines! Without a doubt, it will change the way we clean.

Better than our “trusty” broom and dustpan.

In the Philippines, we can be very traditional with the way that we clean.  We think that a broom and dustpan is just as good as a vacuum cleaner because it removes the dirt that we see.  But what about those that are too small for us to notice? The Dyson Cyclone V10 is the most powerful cordless vacuum.  Its engine may be small but it is also incredibly fast.  It rotates 25,000 times per minute, capturing 99.97% of particles as small as 0.3 microns.

Not your traditional vacuum cleaner.

The toughest thing about using a vacuum is that it can be heavy and the cord just keeps on getting in the way.  This latest release from Dyson is ergonomically designed so most of the weight is in the handle. That makes the V10 light and easy to use, even if there is a huge floor space to clean.  Since the company is 100% convinced that cordless is the way to go, they have discontinued their corded vacuum line. Talk about standing behind their product.

Versatile cleaning device for every surface of your home.

The Dyson Cyclone V10 comes with different attachments that are made specifically for particular surfaces.  There’s one for hard floors, carpets, hard to reach areas etc. It is that one device you need to rid your home of dust and dirt.

Up to 60 minutes of vacuum time.

Because it is cord-free, the V10 relies on battery charging.  It’s a good thing that a single charge lasts up to 60 minutes – more than enough time to get your home spic and span!

A dustbin that lessens contact with dirt.

One of the most annoying things about traditional vacuums is having to clean the dustbin.  V10 uses a “shotgun” method wherein getting rid of the dirt inside is as easy as pointing the dustbin to a trash can and pressing the “trigger” to release the dirt.  This keeps your hands clean and dirt-free the entire time!

The Dyson Cyclone V10 will be available in the Philippines within the month.  The top variant is priced at Php 49,500.
