Globe just made its GFiber Unli Plans cheaper. It also introduced an additional plan and an online exclusive plan.
GFiber Unli Plan 1599 with 50 mbps and Plan 2099 with 150 mbps are now cheaper. After Globe’s recent update, they are now priced at Php 1,299 and Php 1,699 respectively.
Even higher tiered plans have seen a price cut— 300 mbps plan is now priced at Php 2,099; 500mbps at Php 2,499; and 1000mbps at Php 7,499.
In addition, Globe also introduced two new plans: the GFiber Unli Plan 3499 which can reach speeds of up to 800mbps and the online-exclusive GFiber Flex Plan 899 with speeds of up to 25mbps and 300GB data limit.
GFiber Unli plans 1699 and up come with limited subscriptions to KonsultaMD, VIU, HBO Go, Amazon Prime Video, and Discovery+.

Internet Speed in the Philippines
Ookla, a reliable provider of internet performance metrics, detected a slight improvement in both mobile and fixed broadband internet speed in the Philippines.
The most recent Speedtest Global Index report shows a local median speed of 19.26 Mbps for mobile and 60.09 Mbps for fixed broadband.  The Philippines now ranks 91st globally, which is 4 places higher than last month.
