Here’s an Overview of Honor of Kings’ Tournaments for 2025

As it continues to expand its presence globally, Honor of Kings (HoK) revealed its tournament roadmap for 2025, armed with a total investment of $15,000,000.

For the overview, Honor of Kings will have three Global Tournaments and seven Regional Professional Leagues. The season started last February with the HoK Invitational S3 as the first global tournament, followed by HoK World Cup in July and HoK International Championship in November.

For the Regional Professional Leagues, HoK will be hosting tournaments in the Philippines, Malaysia, Indonesia, and Brazil, along with the Wildcard Kings Series (WKS), Kings Major East League (KME) for Korea, Japan, South Asia, and MENA (Middle East and North Africa), and Kings Major West (KMW) for the Americas, Turkey, and CIS Europe.

Aside from the major tournaments, HoK will be hosting an Open Series and Campus Series—with the latter having a $100,000 prize pool at stake and the former being HoK’s means of opening the game to everyone.

For all tournaments, HoK will be implementing the Global Ban-pick System, where heroes that get picked in a game by any of the two competing sides can’t be used again by both sides in the proceeding games of that match. This system means that 10 heroes cannot be used for the following game.
