HP Philippines and AMD recently geld the CXO Summit 2024 in Dusit Thani Lubi Plantation Resort, Davao de Oro. Held from January 24 to 26, the 3-day event hosted industry leaders to sharte their insights on sustainabilty, AI, and security.
The first day of CXO Summit 2024 focused on the importance of sustainability, which is a core value at HP Philippines.
“Sustainability is not only a moral obligation, but also a business opportunity. That’s why we are committed to creating products and services that are environmentally and socially responsible, and to empowering our customers and partners to do the same,” HP Philippines Managing Director Ian Reyes said.
The forum also showcased HP’s initiatives towards sustainability, which include the Smart Tank‘s spill-free ink bottles and replaceable printhead and the Elite Dragonfly, which is made from ocean-bound plastic.

The second day of CXO Summit 2024 focused on how AI can help improve business performance, innovation, and customer satisfaction. Analytics and Artificial Intelligence Association of the Philippines (AAP) Co-Founder Colin Christie added that digital transformation is accelerating at an unprecedented pace, and AI is helping businesses adapt faster.
As part of HP’s partnership with AMD, Asia-Pacific Director in Commercial Sales Alexey Navolokin discussed on how AMD’s Ryzen PRO processors benefit from handling AI and advanced security tasks.
For HP’s part, Global Presales Consultant for APJ Personal Systems Don Mallillin and PC and Print Pre-Sales Technical Consultant Niel Oliveros presented HP’s Wolf Security for Endpoint devices, which combines hardware-enforced security, software, and services to protect PC and printer devices from cyberattacks and data breaches. Wolf Security also uses AI, the cloud, and hardware-enforced security to improve productivity, efficiency, and innovation, while ensuring security and compliance.
