The Land Transportation Office (LTO) has advised the public that some of its offices are currently unable to produce driver’s licenses.
According to LTO chief Jose Arturo Tugade, some LTO districts and extension offices have defective laser engraving machines. And so, he told the public to proceed to LTO offices with working machines instead.
