“We are making Covid-19 vaccines easily available, accessible, and convenient to the riding public,” LRTA administrator Jeremy Regino said.

All the passengers are allowed to get a first dose or a booster shot at  Recto Station every Tuesday and Thursday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. and at Antipolo Station every Wednesday and Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 4 p.m.

However, this cannot be done on the spot. Those interested should register first at https://manilacovid19vaccine.ph/home.php for Recto station vaccination and https://antipolobantaycovid.appcase.net/ for Antipolo.

“We encourage our commuters and their family members to get booster jabs for added protection as well as those who have no vaccines yet to avail of our vaccination drive,” LRTA administrator Jeremy Regino added.

He also expressed gratitude to Manila Mayor Isko Moreno and Antipolo Mayor Andrea Ynares and their City Health Offices for their prompt and full support.

Meanwhile, the Manila Metro Rail Transit System Line 3 (MRT-3) has recently extended the free antigen testing for its commuters, as part of the management’s efforts to help prevent the further spread of the COVID-19 virus.
