Max is Finally Streaming in the Philippines

The day has finally arrived: Max is finally live and now available for streaming in the Philippines. Starting today (November 19), users in the Philippines can stream content from iconic brands like HBO, Harry Potter, the DC Universe, Cartoon Network, and Max Originals, along with real-life programming from Discovery, TLC, AFN, Food Network, ID and HGTV.

The launch of Max in the Philippines coincides with the premiere of Dune: Prophecy and Harry Potter: Wizards of Baking as among the hit titles that are exclusive to Max. Aside from those, upcoming shows later this month include TwistersExpend4blesIF, Sweethearts, and Season 3 of The Sex Lives of College Girls. 

“We look forward to delighting fans across the region with our iconic brands and franchises and are still early in our growth as we look forward to rolling Max out in many more markets in 2025 and 2026.,” Warner Bros. Discovery CEO and President of Global Streaming and Games JB Perrette said.

Max starts at Php 149/month in the Philippines for the Mobile Plan, where you can stream on one mobile device at a time, along with HD streaming and 15 downloads. The Standard plan is priced at Php 269/month and allows you to stream on two devices and enjoy Full HD streams. You also get more downloads at 30. The Ultimate plan is priced at Php 399/month and allows you to stream up to 4 devices at once. You get to enjoy streams in 4K UHD and with Dolby Atmos, along with up to 100 downloads.

If you want savings, Max is also available with annual plans starting at Php 1,040 a year for the Mobile plan or a savings of Php 748 from the monthly plan. The Standard plan is priced at Php 1,890 a year or a savings of Php 1,338, while the Ultimate Plan is priced at Php 2,790 a year or a savings of Php 1,998.
