Based on the idea of having a digital twin, the new PLDT MyOwnWiFi Plan is a replica of your original PLDT Home plan but for half the price.
This means you can have another PLDT connection at home for half the price of your original plan and the same speed.
As such, subscribers of Plan 1299 with 25 Mbps will have to pay just Php 649 for a MyOwnWiFi plan; subscribers of Plan 1699 and Plan 1899 with 200 Mpbs will have to pay just Php Php 849 for a MyOwnWiFi plan; subscribers of Plan 2099 and Plan 2399 with 200 Mbps will have to pay just Php 1049 for a MyOwnWiFi plan; and subscribers of Plan 2699 and Plan 2999 with 400 Mbps will have to pay just Php 1349 for a MyOwnWiFi plan.
According to PLDT, this service can be activated in less than 24 hours. Applicants can dial 171 to apply, then wait for the activation. A free WiFi mesh will be delivered within two days.
Note that there is no need for a technical team to add this service. MyOwnWiFi connection will be added through Port #2 or LAN 2 of your existing router.
