No need to resort to panic buying

Following the announcement of a community quarantine in Metro Manila, a lot of residents trooped to their nearest store to buy all of their grocery needs. We can’t blame them: given that the community quarantine will be a month-long, it is important to stock up on essentials like alcohol and food (but not to the point of hoarding these items). For payments, you can choose either Cash on Delivery (CoD) or Credit/Debit Card. MetroMart charges a Php 40 delivery fee and a Php 90 shopping fee, with the latter waived if you exceed Php 1,000 in grocery items.
